Tech Integration
I designed this hands-on learning experience to empower campus staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate technology effectively and blended learning strategies into their classrooms. Participants will explore innovative educational tools, collaborate with their peers, and develop customized lesson plans that leverage the best of both traditional and digital teaching methods. My goal is for the staff to create a dynamic learning environment that fosters student engagement, promotes critical thinking, and enhances overall academic success. Through this learning experience, campus staff learned to confidently navigate the digital landscape and seamlessly blend technology within their grade-level curriculum, ultimately enriching the educational experience for all students.

Embracing diversity, fostering belonging, and ensuring equity for all races in the workplace is not just a goal, it's a necessity. Creating a culture where every voice is heard, every perspective is valued, and every individual can thrive is imperative to the success of an organization.
